Return & Refund Policy
At Novi Poshtak, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in crafting and dispatching each garment. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds under the terms outlined below:
1. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests only if the following conditions are met:
The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
The return request is initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
Customized, stitched, or made-to-order garments (e.g., blouse stitching or custom size alterations)
Items purchased on discount or during sales
Accessories, such as tassels, belts, or petticoats
Gift cards or vouchers
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
Email us at: support@noviposhtak.com within 7 days of receiving your order with the following details:
Order ID
Reason for return
Clear photographs of the item (in case of damage or defect)
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and approve or reject it based on the return policy.
If approved, you will receive instructions for either:
Reverse pickup (if available in your area), or
Courier address to ship the item to us
Note: Reverse pickup may not be available in certain remote areas. In such cases, customers may be required to ship the item back. Courier reimbursements are subject to prior approval.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned item is inspected at our warehouse.
Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer (customers will be required to share bank details).
5. Exchange Policy
We offer size exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability.
If the preferred size is not available, customers may opt for:
Store credit, or
Refund (as per refund eligibility)
- Exchange will be delivered in 4-7 business days.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by emailing us.
Orders for customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once processed has begun.
If an order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be Credited within 5–7 business days.
7. Store Credit (Optional)
Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive store credit. This:
Will be valid for 6 months
Can be used at checkout for any future purchase
- Store credit will be issued within 48 hours once we receive your returned product.
