1. Do you ship across India? What are the delivery timelines?

Yes, we ship PAN India. Standard orders are delivered within 5–7 working days, while custom orders may take 10–14 days. You will receive real-time tracking updates once your order is dispatched.

3.What is your return policy?

We accept returns for non-customized garments within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Returns are not accepted for customized, altered, or made-to-order items.

4. Can I exchange a product for a different size?

Yes, if the product is eligible for exchange and your desired size is available. Please initiate a request within 3 days of delivery

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, and popular wallets. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

6.Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

COD is currently available for select PIN Codes. You will see this option at checkout if your address is serviceable.

7. Are the colors and fabrics exactly as shown in the pictures?

Each product includes care instructions on the label and product page. In general, we recommend dry cleaning for embroidered and silk-based outfits.

Yes, we offer a Click & Collect option for customers in Bangalore. Choose “Store Pickup” at checkout.

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save Wishlist, and receive exclusive offers.

Please check with your security/neighbor first. If it’s still undelivered, contact our support within 24 hours so we can raise a ticket with the courier.
