1. Delivery Coverage
We currently ship to most PIN codes across India through our trusted courier partners.
You can check delivery availability by entering your PIN code on the product page or at checkout.
International shipping is not yet available but will be launched soon.
2. Shipping Charges
A standard shipping charge of ₹99–₹499 applies, depending on your delivery location.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may incur an additional service fee of ₹50–₹100, based on order value and location.
3. Dispatch Timelines
Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 2–4 business days.
Customized, stitched, or made-to-order garments: Processing time of 8–12 business days.
Delivery timelines: Usually range between 3–7 business days post-dispatch, depending on your location.
4. Estimated Delivery Times

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking ID and courier partner details.
You can track your shipment on the courier’s website or through the ‘My Orders’ section on our website.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts.
If both attempts fail, the package is returned to our warehouse.
Re-delivery may incur additional charges.
To avoid failed deliveries, please ensure someone is available to receive the package, or communicate delivery preferences (e.g., time slot or neighbor delivery) when contacted by the courier.
7. Packaging
All products are securely packed using:

Moisture-proof packaging
Gift packaging is available upon request at checkout for gifting orders.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or tampered with upon delivery:
