1. General Terms

Novi Poshtak reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of any updated Terms.

2. Products & Services

We offer designer ethnic wear, including sarees, suits, blouses, and custom couture.
Product images are for representative purposes only. Slight differences in color or pattern may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or fabric dye variations.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST, unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, technical errors, pricing mistakes, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
An email confirmation upon placing your order does not guarantee acceptance until explicitly confirmed by Novi Poshtak.

4. Custom Orders & Sizing

Customization options (e.g., blouse stitching, sleeve alterations, size adjustments) are available as specified on product pages.
Customized or made-to-order products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for selecting accurate sizes using our Size Chart, or by contacting our styling team.

5. Payments

We accept secure payments via:

- Credit/Debit Cards
- Net Banking
- Wallets
All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in select areas and may attract an additional fee.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver pan-India through trusted logistics partners.
Standard dispatch time: 2–5 business days
Customized products: May take 10–14 business days to process
Delivery timelines may vary based on location (typically 3–7 business days post-dispatch).
We are not liable for delays due to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Return requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or altered products
- Discounted or sale items
- Accessories (e.g., tassels, belts)
Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the item is received damaged or defective.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of return approval and product inspection.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including product photographs, graphics, brand names, logos, and website content—is the intellectual property of Novi Poshtak.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
